Yacht owners select the services and frequency of service for a personalized Yacht Management plan. Encompass will deliver a statement of work outlining these services and pricing. Yacht management services are billed monthly based on the finalized custom Yacht Management Service Plan.

As Encompass performs Yacht Management services, maintenance and repair items may be discovered.  Encompass presents the issues via an estimate to the owner.  Owners have the option of completing the suggested repair or deferring the repair.  Managed services are not included in the Monthly Yacht Management Fee and are billed separately.  Encompass Charges a Project Management Fee for these services as they are completed.

Encompass YM will keep an extensive preventative maintenance checklist, itemizing services that our staff and strategic partners will perform weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annually and annually.

• Interior detailing
• Engine room detailing
• Routine mechanical maintenance
